Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Design Terms
- My designs cannot be sold for more than they were originally bought for, + any art bought during ownership (example, a free design + one of my own headshots = 20 USD)
- If the design is majorly edited, (obviously different/shifted colour palette, major design edits, additional large traits that make the design visibly different, or an entirely different species, etc) then you may price it however you wish. However, if it is still recognizable as a 'revamp' of the original design, please follow the above rule.
- items do not count as an edit.- You may only sell the design for real life currency if that's what you originally paid.- I have the right to use any designs I've made as an example for future customers, and post it wherever I wish.- If the Design is an auction and the winner doesn't contact me/send payment/etc, I have the right to put the design back up for auction after 48 hours.- Not Required but heavily preferred, if you sell or trade a design I've made, please let me know!
- Also not required, but if losing interest in a free design you’ve gotten from me, I will happily take them back to either keep or find a loving home for!
- The above rules count towards any design trades I've done, auctions I've hosted, commissioned designs, or gift designs.
- Any characters designed by me have a small discount if used in a future commission!
- Please watermark the design when posting it anywhere!
Art Terms
- When commissioning me, I require a shading-less reference sheet. Descriptions fall under the design category.
- I currently only accept USD
- When paying (no matter the amount) I either follow the half/half rule, (half up front, half after) OR full payment halfway through. If there is a level of trust/friendship I may forgo this rule.
- My art is done solely in CSP
- I work a full-time camp/shift job and am unable to draw during that time, please have patience with me as I will try to get your piece done in a reasonable amount of time, however life is first priority.
- any nagging, bribing, begging or whining throughout the commission process will lead to me either not accepting or cancelling your commission.
- If I'd already accepted half of the payment up front and some progress has already been done, I will not be refunding it.
- When I message regarding updates/changes/approvals, and you do not respond, I will pause all work on the commission until you approve of the screenshot I've sent.
- If reposting my art anywhere, I would highly prefer the piece be watermarked, and credited to my toyhou.se (GlitchedAjax)- more will be added as I see fit.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to me, and while my contact information is available here, yours will never be used outside of myself contacting you regarding an order or commission.
Your email will remain private to just myself, and any other contact methods will not leave me unless legal action is required due to neglect of my terms of service.
I do not collect information unless with your explicit consent. This may be as simple as quoting you for a review or tagging you when posting on social media.I user a variety of third-party social media features to post my work, including but not limited to Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest, Art Fight, Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within my control.I may be in contact with you following a commission regarding filling out surveys or questionnaires regarding your experience working with me. These can be anonymous if you prefer, but will use a third party site that may collect your information (google forms for example) and is governed by its own privacy policy not within my control.I will not disclose or otherwise use your information except under these circumstances.

This Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by my website.
